The third edition of CYCLING FOR TOMORROW was successfully concluded last Saturday, 31 May, with a new destination: Peschiera on the Lake Garda. Nuova Fima has organized once more this 143Km bicycle ride for all employees of the group that helped with their effort to donate nearly €7000 to charity. The success of previous years was such that several Nuova Fima suppliers took part to the ride as well as sponsoring the event that involved a total of 52 people (see picture above).
The sponsors are: ERRE-PI s.a.s. of Nonantola, G.V. MECCANICA s.r.l. of Maranello, Nuova Omip s.r.l. of Pavullo, SICEL s.r.l. of Spezzano, Six s.r.l. of Scandiano, TE.CO. s.r.l. of Granarolo, T.M.P. s.r.l. of Mocogno, T.E.M.A S.p.A. of Castelnuovo Rangone and Zeta Effe s.a.s. of Maranello.
Group CEO Stefano Mele, who actively took part to the ride stated: “It was a great day out together with our colleagues from Spezzano, Castellon and Bristol, all riding like a team. We are proud of the result as the amazing effort was focussed toward a good cause”.

The raised funds have been allocated to the charity “Per Vincere Domani” that supports and helps the people affected by cancer.
Tiziana Orsini Rovatti, founder and present president, pronounced words of admiration for the effort of the participants and expressed her deep gratitude during the company lunch organised at the arrival.
The aim of this charity is to give help and support to people affected by cancer by operating in different directions such as offering personal assistance to patients, financing of equipments and instrumentation for cancer treatment, fund-raising for specialised physicians and scholarships for researchers. Among the latest works financed by the charity we can mention a whole annex of the new Sassuolo hospital. In a very comfortable and cosy environment patients are treated in the day hospital equipped with the most modern medical technologies.
